The ideal candidate will be a skilled and compassionate healthcare provider with expertise in delivering comprehensive care to patients.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough health assessments for patients to identify their needs and develop effective care plans.
- Administer vaccines and provide post-vaccination monitoring to ensure the best possible outcomes.
- Effectively triage patients and prioritize emergency situations to ensure timely interventions.
- Collaborate with medical professionals to provide high-quality patient care.
- Manage and maintain accurate patient clinical data to inform treatment decisions.
- Provide wound care and remove sutures as needed.
- Deliver health education and coaching to empower patients to achieve their goals.
- AHPRA registration as an Enrolled or Registered Nurse is essential, with prior experience in General Practice or an acute setting highly regarded.
- Strong knowledge of health assessment is a significant advantage.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills are required.
- Superb communication and customer service skills are necessary to deliver exceptional patient care.
- A genuine passion for people and a personable approach are essential.
