Advanced Software Development Role

We are seeking a skilled software engineer to lead the development of high-performance systems. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining complex software solutions.

About the Position

This is an opportunity to work with a talented team of engineers, contributing to the creation of scalable, reliable, and engaging products. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Designing and developing scalable software solutions that meet project requirements and company standards.
  • Ongoing optimization of existing systems for performance, scalability, and reliability, identifying and resolving bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
  • Engaging in hands-on coding and development, ensuring code quality, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams, communicating technical concepts and project updates.
  • Providing technical leadership and mentoring junior engineers in the team.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering, focusing on scalable system design and development.
  • Strong experience in backend server development with proficiency in a modern programming language such as Go, TypeScript, or Python.
  • Familiarity with additional backend languages like Java, C#, or Rust is advantageous.
  • Experience with Node.js, Docker, Cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and related technologies.
  • Proficiency in Kubernetes or equivalent container orchestration platforms, including OpenShift, Nomad, or Docker Swarm.
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Pulumi, or CloudFormation.
  • Proven expertise in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with tools like AWS CodePipeline, GitHub Actions, or similar, ensuring efficient, scalable, and secure deployment workflows.
  • Experience providing technical leadership, mentoring, and guiding teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to tackle complex technical challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across teams and stakeholders.
