We are seeking a skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our team.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be an integral part of a high-performance engineering team dedicated to accelerating the adoption of secure practices across the enterprise.

  • The Senior Software Engineer will collaborate with business units, platform teams, and delivery squads to uplift DevSecOps maturity through hands-on coaching, reusable patterns, and scalable capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • The Senior Software Engineer will deliver world-class engineering tools, processes, and career pathways embedded within the Engineering Platform domain.
  • They will enable engineers by providing training, guidance, and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • As a key member of the team, the Senior Software Engineer will contribute to the development of new technologies and solutions that meet the evolving needs of the business.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience with AWS services, ETL tools (AWS Lambda, S3, EMR, Glue, Redshift, Cloudwatch, IAM), Terraform, Cloudformation, CDK etc.
  • Hands-on experience working with Infrastructure as Code.
  • Strong knowledge of CI/CD and automation tools like GitHub, GitHub Actions, TeamCity, CI/CD pipeline desirable.
  • Comfortable in automation of observability logs and metrics, including dashboard, monitoring and alerting.
  • Knowledgeable with incident management, post-incident reviews, problem management.

Technical Skills:

  • AWS infrastructure (Lambda, S3, EMR, Glue, Redshift, Cloudwatch, IAM)
  • Languages: Typescript, Java, Python
  • Experience with and knowledge of CI/CD and automation tools like GitHub, GitHub Action, TeamCity, CI/CD pipeline desirable
  • Exposure to GenAI models- Desirable
  • Automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible
  • Source control, and CI/CD tooling such as GitHub, GitHub actions, Jenkins, Octopus
  • Infrastructure as code pipelines and automation
  • Observability with Grafana and Prometheus
