The Role
We are seeking a Sales and Service Expert to join our team. As a Sales and Service Expert, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive shopping experience.
- Selling products and services to customers, meeting sales targets and contributing to store performance.
- Building effective relationships with customers and being the expert to talk to.
- Maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
Requirements
- You must have previous retail and/or customer service experience.
- You must have the physical capacity to perform the duties of the role, including handling products of a heavy nature.
- You must hold a valid driver's licence, as driving will be required.
- You must be available to work weekdays and be flexible to work weekends if requested.
