Senior Psychology Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Psychology Team Lead to lead our nationwide team of psychologists.

This is a key leadership opportunity with a national impact, driving operational excellence and high-quality servicing across all current and future psychology service contracts.

About You
  • A Registered Psychologist with AHPRA registration and Board-approved Supervisor status.
  • Strong experience in multiple service areas, including NDIS, Medicare, Mindspot GP, EAP, Workers Compensation, and private client pathways.
  • Proven expertise in intervention and assessment, with a focus on complex neurodevelopmental disorders such as autism, ID, and ADHD.
  • Strategic mindset with experience in multi-state team management.
  • Business development and networking skills to support divisional growth.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
Your Role
  • Lead and Manage: Oversee the national team of psychologists, ensuring consistent service quality and compliance with best practices.
  • Strategic Leadership: Directly manage State Managers and Psychology Clinic Managers.
  • Client Services Excellence: Maintain and enhance the quality of psychological services in assessment and intervention.
  • Compliance and Quality Control: Ensure adherence to regulatory standards across multiple service areas.
