Dynamic Leader for Employment Services Site

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to manage our employment services site in Melbourne, Victoria.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading successful teams and managing day-to-day operations. They will also have experience in Employment, Community Services or Business Services Management, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about empowering people and delivering a real impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and supervising the daily operations of the employment services site.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders in your region.
- Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of employment services programs.
- Providing supervision, coaching, and training employees to ensure high-quality services.
- Monitoring performance metrics and ensuring compliance with organisational objectives.
About You:
As someone who is highly organised and enjoys creating a positive working environment, you will be able to apply your leadership skills, manage change and innovation in service.
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- A strong track record of leading successful teams.
- Experience in Employment, Community Services or Business Services Management.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- A passion for empowering people and delivering a real impact.
Requirements:
- Degree in a related field (e.g. business, social sciences).
- Proven experience in team management and leadership.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
