Postdoctoral Research Associate in AI-Driven Sensing and Control for Megaprojects

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Postdoctoral Research Associate to join our team and contribute to a research stream focused on intelligent sensing and control frameworks for megaprojects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct high-quality research in the development of AI-based algorithms for complex project environments.
  • Design and simulate dynamic models of megaproject systems to inform decision-making and optimize outcomes.
  • Prepare and submit journal articles to high-impact publications to share knowledge and advance the field.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary researchers across engineering, management, and AI to leverage expertise and drive innovation.

Qualifications:

  • A PhD or near-completed PhD in one of the following fields (or closely related): Project Management, Systems Engineering, Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning, or a relevant field.
  • Demonstrated research expertise in AI/ML algorithm development, dynamic modelling and simulation, reinforcement learning or graph neural networks, and proficiency in Python and related computational toolchains.
