Research Scientist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Research Scientist to join our team. As a key member of our research team, you will be responsible for conducting cutting-edge research and development activities to advance our technology portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research and development activities in the field of biotechnology and protein expression, including upstream and downstream processes.
  • Design and execute experiments to optimize process conditions, troubleshoot issues, and develop new technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, quality assurance, and regulatory affairs, to ensure seamless integration of research findings into commercial manufacturing processes.
  • Develop and maintain technical documents, including SOPs, technical reports, and regulatory submissions.
  • Participate in regulatory audits and inspections, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Required Qualifications:

  • Masters or bachelors degree in Microbiology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in research and development, preferably in the biotechnology industry.
  • Experience with upstream and downstream processes, including bacterial, fungal, and mammalian protein expression.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
