Senior Project Manager Role

This position oversees large-scale commercial and life science projects, guiding them from feasibility to delivery. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing complex projects, ensuring timely completion and client satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Client consultation and management
  • Project planning and feasibility assessments
  • Design management and value engineering
  • Procurement of construction services
  • Construction service delivery
  • Cost control and reporting
  • Commissioning and post-contract duties
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5-15 years of project management experience
  • Proven knowledge of contract administration and base build construction
  • Experience with general conditions of contract such as AS4902
  • A comprehensive understanding of overall construction programs and plans
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to identify key client and builder obligations
  • Advanced computer literacy
