Senior Contract Administrator - Construction Project Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Contract Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our construction project management team, you will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and managing contracts, variations, and progress claims.

  • Preparing, reviewing, and managing contracts, variations, and progress claims
  • Liaising with subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers
  • Assisting with procurement, letting trade packages, and contract negotiations
  • Managing RFIs, EOTs, and project documentation
  • Working closely with the Project Manager to track budgets and costs

You will have strong communication and negotiation skills, a sharp eye for detail, and excellent analytical abilities. You will work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will have:

  • 5+ years' experience as a Contract Administrator in commercial construction
  • Strong understanding of construction contracts
  • Experience working on apartment or luxury home projects
  • A sharp eye for detail, numbers, and risk management
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
