About This Opportunity
  • Deliver personalized care and support to residents in need
  • Assist with daily living tasks and maintain a safe environment
  • Cultivate emotional connections and friendships among residents
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans for each resident
  • Provide respectful support with daily activities and tasks
  • Ensure residents' emotional needs are met and their quality of life is enhanced
Requirements
  • Relevant qualification such as Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or Aged Care
  • Minimum 6 months experience in aged care
  • Passion for enhancing the lives of older adults
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
