We are seeking passionate Therapeutic Care Workers to join our Specialised Residential Care Team. Our team provides 24/7 consistent rotating roster shifts, including sleepovers, weekends, and public holidays.
The SRC program is based on Attachment Theory, giving young people a sense of security, consistency, and love.
- Settling into a home-like environment
- Creating a secure primary relationship
- Increasing independent living skills
- Increasing capacity and links to the local community
- Achieving goals and aspirations
- Hold a minimum Certificate IV qualification in Youth Work, Social Work, or a relevant discipline
- Willing to complete a Working with Children Check, First Aid & CPR, and National Police Check
- Full Driver Licence and ability to drive
- Eligible to work in Australia
- Available for afternoon/night shift from 4pm-8am including an 8-hour passive (overnight) sleep
