As the Life Care At Home (LCAH) Manager, you will oversee the operational performance and service delivery across our service portfolio, in line with the strategic direction of the business. Your responsibilities will include managing the program budget and policies related to participant involvement, program requirements, and outcomes.Your core responsibility will focus on consumer engagement to ensure Quality of Life outcomes are met, while maintaining governance, industry standards, and compliance benchmarks set by Life Care and regulatory bodies.- Strategy: Participate in strategic planning processes, contribute to business plans, and ensure alignment with Life Care's overall strategy.
- Business Excellence: Drive initiatives to optimize productivity and efficiencies, mentor and coach team members, and ensure financial outcomes.
- Consumer Experience: Facilitate consumer-driven outcomes, maintain consistent operations, promote meaningful engagement, and respond to consumer feedback.
- People Leadership: Create a safe and inclusive work culture, enhance team capabilities through coaching and feedback, and manage workforce requirements.
- At-Home Operations and Growth: Develop and implement business plans, pursue growth opportunities, and manage performance against financial drivers.
- Program Management: Oversee program administration, manage referrals and contracts, analyse data, and implement improvements.
- Quality, Safety, and Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, monitor clinical performance, and address non-compliance issues.

**About You**You should also have knowledge and experience working within regulatory and legislative frameworks related to nursing practice, and a thorough understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards to ensure compliance.Additionally, you must meet the following requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in clinical leadership roles within the aged care sector.
- Relevant qualifications and registrations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage budgets, drive business initiatives, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
