We're seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to join our team and support the development and implementation of our Group Digital Marketing Strategy. This role plays a key part in delivering digital initiatives, enhancing campaign performance, and supporting growth across all brands.

This is a full-time position located in Sydney. As a Digital Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for driving and optimizing digital campaigns using a test-and-learn approach to improve engagement, conversions, and ROI.

">Required Skills & Qualifications">
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in dedicated digital marketing roles; experience in SaaS and Fintech is highly regarded.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering digital initiatives or campaigns that drive performance outcomes within SaaS, B2B, or financial services environments.
  • Proven experience in executing digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, paid media, and managing websites through content management systems (CMS).
  • Strong working knowledge of digital advertising platforms including Google, Meta, and LinkedIn, along with marketing analytics tools.
  • Proficient in analysing digital performance data and turning insights into actionable campaign improvements.
  • Demonstrated experience with conversion rate optimisation (CRO) strategies to enhance lead quality and improve ROI.
