About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Search Optimization Lead to join our team in Melbourne. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive SEO strategies for our clients, ensuring they achieve their online goals.

Job Summary

The Digital Search Optimization Lead will work closely with the SEO Director to lead the delivery of client work and nurture relationships with clients. You will also own the development of junior team members, helping them grow and deliver on client projects.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute SEO strategies that drive results for our clients
  • Manage client relationships and ensure deliverables are met on time and on budget
  • Own and manage client strategy, planning key campaign efficiencies and working autonomously to proactively identify opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to build strong relationships and improve ways of working
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members, helping them grow and develop their skills
Key Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Subject matter expertise across a range of SEO tools and analytics platforms
  • Experience performing comprehensive SEO audits and analysis, technical optimization, and keyword research
  • A good understanding of SEO strategy, best practices, and market trends
  • Proactive communication skills and ability to effectively manage expectations
  • Project management and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
