Job Title: Empowering Educational Leader

This is an exceptional opportunity to join a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering individuals to reach their full potential.

As an Educational Leader, you will collaborate closely with the Nominated Supervisor to oversee daily operations of the before/after school care and vacation care service.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting the Nominated Supervisor in developing, planning, and implementing quality programs for children.
  • Building strong connections with families and the community.
  • Ensuring children's learning and development are guided by the framework My Time Our Place.
  • Assisting the Nominated Supervisor in leading the team to implement and comply with the National Quality Framework (NQF), including relevant laws and regulations.

This role requires passion for working with children and aligning with the values of the organization. Experience in the planning, delivery, and evaluation of programs for children aged 5 to 12 years within a care or education setting is essential. Additionally, experience working in a leadership role within a school, aged care and/or education centre is highly valued.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in program planning, delivery, and evaluation for children aged 5-12 years in a care or education setting.
  • Leadership experience in a school, aged care and/or education centre.

  • Ability to ensure children's learning and development are guided by the framework My Time Our Place.
  • Knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and relevant laws and regulations.
