Transformative Education Specialist

As a seasoned professional in education, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the learning experience of thousands of students worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement curriculum designs that align with national education standards across multiple countries

- Guide the creation of high-quality educational resources (print and digital) for global use across our network

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all content meets rigorous quality standards

- Support strategic projects focused on enhancing learning outcomes, tutor training, and resource innovation

- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on matters related to education policy, best practices, and quality standards

- Contribute to thought leadership initiatives, including white papers, reports, or industry commentary, to establish our brand's reputation in the education sector.

Requirements

- Proven track record of success in publishing at a national or international level (textbooks, academic resources, or large-scale education projects)

- Strong background in education and teaching, with demonstrated classroom or academic leadership experience

- Familiarity with multiple national curricula (Australian Curriculum, NZ Curriculum, UK National Curriculum, US Common Core or equivalents)

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to advise and influence at a senior level

- Established network and understanding of the global education landscape

- Flexibility to contribute on an as-needed basis.
