We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Electrical Engineering team as a Graduate. This is an exciting opportunity for recent graduates to launch their career in the resources sector.

Job Description

As a Graduate, you will be involved in real-world projects that drive innovation within the industry. You will work closely with experienced project managers and engineers to gain hands-on experience in project delivery and management.

You will be responsible for working on-site, gaining practical experience in project engineering. You will also have the opportunity to participate in structured learning and development programs, workshops, and courses.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
  • Manage sub-contractors across various disciplines to ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Assist in preparing project estimates, tender submissions, and developing project schedules.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Australian or New Zealand Citizenship or Australian Permanent Residency or suitable Visa with working rights.
  • An Engineering degree (Bachelor or higher) within Electrical and/or Electrical & Instrumentation with previous work experience through vacation work or similar, in Australia or New Zealand.
  • Ability to work on a FIFO or DIDO from Perth, Brisbane or Newcastle
  • Previous work experience within your chosen field through internships or equivalent is highly desirable.
