Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Membership Services Advisor to join our team at the NSW Rural Fire Service.

This is an exciting opportunity to support the RFS Member Services team with coordination and advice across a range of human resource functions for Member (staff and volunteers) including employment conditions, entitlements and membership application processing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide accurate and timely information and advice to staff members regarding employment conditions.
  • Accurate processing of conditions of employment using SAP HRIS system or similar.
  • Support the RFS Member Services team with coordination and advice across a range of human resource functions.
Requirements
  • Knowledge and experience in NSW Public Sector employment legislation, guidelines and conditions of employment awards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
What We Offer

  • Full-time role with 35 hour working week.
  • Attractive annual salary $90,915 - $100,316 p.a. plus 10.5% superannuation.
