
Procurement Specialist

We are looking for an individual to join our team in a Procurement role. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer service and working closely with various teams.
- Provide materials to all locations in the right quantity, location, and time.
- Be accountable for completing assigned purchasing tasks efficiently.
- Develop relationships with suppliers, production, and operations teams to ensure business efficiency improvements.
- Create and develop tools like ERP systems, Excel, Google Sheets, and platform builders.
- Analyse data from different sources to generate reports and improve workflows.
- Reduce waste by analysing usage and wastage costs.
- Track and maintain supplier performance reports and action follow-ups.
- Review and approve invoices, resolving any supplier issues.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and analytical skills, as well as experience working with procurement software, data analysis, and reporting.
