Lead Diagnostic Imaging Service

This role offers an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership position in the diagnostic imaging service. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for delivering accurate diagnostics.

The successful applicant will be responsible for providing quality diagnostic imaging services by actively participating in the multidisciplinary delivery of patient-focused care. This includes building and managing a team, optimising workflows, and monitoring service provision with minimal direction.

  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for medical imaging, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
  • Experience in strategic management of imaging services, including finance planning, succession planning, service development, and accreditation.
Key Selection Criteria

The following criteria must be met:

  • Current Authority to Practice as a Medical Radiation Practitioner with AHPRA, and NSW EPA licence to use radiation.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with a wide range of people.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or senior management experience.
