Customer Service Representative

We are seeking experienced customer service professionals to join our Contact Centre team in a Federal Government client-facing role. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who want to develop their skills and make a positive impact on people's lives.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity. They will also be able to adapt to new situations and learn from feedback.

This role involves providing exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, or chat, while also handling inbound and outbound calls as required. The successful candidate will be responsible for resolving customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that all issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.

The customer service representative will work closely with a team of support staff to ensure seamless delivery of services to our clients. They will be expected to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and provide regular feedback to management on customer satisfaction levels.

Key Highlights:

  • Permanent Full-Time, Part-Time, and Casual opportunities available
  • 4 weeks of full-time paid training + consolidation
  • Operational Monday to Friday, 8 am to 8 pm

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. You will also need to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and complete pre-employment checks including relevant security clearances and psychometric profiling.
