Position Overview:

The Technical Program Lead will play a pivotal role in steering the delivery of projects in alignment with the strategic roadmap. This position requires a strong focus on collaboration across various teams to ensure the successful execution of product initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resource Engagement: Ensure that all necessary personnel, both technical and business-oriented, are engaged in accordance with stakeholder expectations and organizational processes.
  • Performance Reporting: Utilize agile and lean metrics to provide insights into team performance, collaborating with team members to enhance delivery effectiveness.
  • Governance and Controls: Adhere to governance standards related to risk management and delivery, ensuring alignment with portfolio objectives.
  • Budget Management: Liaise with finance to manage budgets accurately, ensuring all forecasts are up-to-date and transparent.
  • Risk Management: Identify and manage technology-related risks and issues, facilitating timely resolutions to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement and psychological safety within the team, encouraging learning from both successes and setbacks.
