About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Team Leader to join our team. This role will involve managing the day-to-day operations of our site, supporting clients with their appointments, and collaborating with the Service Manager to ensure effective and safe site management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the site's day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with all relevant measures.
  • Support clients with their appointments and provide guidance to direct reports.
  • Collaborate with the Service Manager to develop and implement site administrative processes.
  • Ensure all compliance measures are met and provide support to the Service Manager as needed.
  • Supervise and support direct reports, providing guidance and mentorship.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a supervisory capacity within disability services.
  • Understanding of the NDIS and experience working with clients with physical and mental disabilities.
  • Qualification in Disability - Cert IV in Community Services / Disability or equivalent.
  • Strong administrative skills, including computing, reporting, and rostering.
  • Driver's license.
Mandatory Requirements

The successful applicant will be required to hold or be willing to obtain a National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) worker screening clearance, Working with Children Check, and NDIS Worker Orientation certificate.
