Student Experience Operations Coordinator

The Student Experience Operations role is a pivotal position within our organization, focusing on prioritizing student satisfaction, wellbeing and retention. We are seeking a dynamic and collaborative team member to join this critical function.

  • Drive key projects to support the Student Engagement Plan strategy and promote student-centric outcomes.
  • Implement a Success and Retention Framework that fosters academic excellence and student success.
  • Automate and digitize student-related forms and processes to enhance efficiency and reduce administrative burdens.
  • Develop and lead key strategies for the ACAP Student Experience Plan, ensuring alignment with institutional goals.
  • Report and analyze student and academic data to inform strategic decision-making.

This role requires extensive project coordination, data management, reporting, knowledge sharing, stakeholder management and compliance. It demands excellent organizational, communication and coordinating skills.

Requirements
  • Extensive experience in customer or student-focused roles with outcome-driven results.
  • Project delivery experience, specifically in digitization and customer-driven outcomes.
  • Strong data analysis and decision-making skills on an institutional level.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach to managing workload.
