**Job Opportunity**

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced technical leader to join our team. As a tech lead, you will be responsible for guiding the development of complex software solutions and leading a small team of senior engineers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with others.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead design and architecture decisions with conviction, while also being able to bring people along and make informed decisions.
  2. Develop and implement solutions to complex problems, balancing short-term fixes with long-term vision.
  3. Collaborate with the team to identify and prioritize project tasks, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.

As a tech lead, you will be responsible for setting the technical direction of the project, designing solutions, and guiding architecture decisions. You will also be expected to contribute to the overall success of the project by participating in code reviews, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes as needed.

Requirements
  • Strong background in software engineering, with experience in languages such as .NET and React.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading projects and delivering results under pressure.
