We're seeking an experienced leader to join our team as a Site Director. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and ensuring the highest quality care and education for children.
In this role, you will provide direction, coaching, and support to a team of Centre Managers to excel in quality care, development, and education of children while achieving operational business objectives. You will promote a culture that aligns with our Core Values and Leadership Competencies, adhering to our policies and procedures and the National Quality Framework.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive team engagement through positive leadership and modelling of company values
- Foster a culture of diversity, inclusion, teamwork, fairness, achievement, fun at work, and recognition
- Ensure maximisation of your area's occupancy and revenue via local area marketing, enrolments, and value-add services
- Manage area full team ratio, considering required qualifications for positions
- Conduct regular centre visits with clear agendas and desired outcomes, including site-wide travel
- Complete administrative tasks as requested by manager
- Participate in meetings, conferences, and training courses as appropriate
- Resolve escalated complaints from families within approved time frames
- Support Centre Managers to resolve outstanding matters
- Liaise with Support Office for functional support and information
About You
We're looking for a proven leader with demonstrated experience in managing high-performing centres, ideally across multiple sites. You should be an optimistic, enthusiastic, and values-driven leader with a curious mindset and care-based nature. Some core requirements include:
- 5+ years of leadership experience, preferably within the sector
- Centre Manager experience preferred but not mandatory
- Multisite or multichannel leadership experience preferred
- Employee engagement, coaching, and mentoring experience with a proven ability to lead a dedicated team through innovation and transformation
- Passionate belief in the early years care, development, and education of children
- Demonstrated P&L, financial, and transaction accountability
- Approved working with children check as per NSW regulations and compliance
- First Aid and CPR Certificates
- Ideal, but not mandatory, a Bachelor of Early Childhood and/or Services
