Construction Project Manager Opportunity

This role presents an exciting chance to work on high-end residential and commercial developments, delivering premium projects with precision and attention to detail.

Our team is seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager who can oversee the successful delivery of multiple construction projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing construction sites, procuring materials, and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders.

The successful applicant will be a strong communicator, able to manage multiple tasks, and prioritize deadlines. They will also possess excellent problem-solving skills, a commitment to quality, and a passion for delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgetary constraints.
  • Collaborate with senior management and estimators to bring on and deliver projects successfully.
  • Work closely with site foremen to manage projects, meet deadlines, and maintain quality standards.
  • Procure subcontractors and suppliers, manage procurement processes, and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Mentor employees, manage performance, and maintain a culture committed to excellence and creating a positive work environment.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Construction Project Manager in residential and commercial developments.
  • Construction Management degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Excellent client service and outcomes track record.
  • Well-developed awareness of current prices, techniques, and industry trends.
  • Experience in luxury residential and commercial construction builds.
  • Ability to identify opportunities for improvement and minimize risk.
  • Exceptional time and project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of computer literacy.
