Mentor and support less-experienced vets and nurses, cultivating a strong learning environment Manage a diverse caseload, from routine check-ups to complex cases, using evidence-based practices.
Communicate effectively with clients, guiding them through treatment options and care plans.
Contribute to both clinic's ongoing growth and reputation within the local community.
QualificationsWhat You'll NeedVeterinary degree accredited by the Australasian Veterinary Boards Council (AVBC), or completion of NAVLE, AVE, or similar examinations.
Demonstrated leadership skills and a passion for team development.
