Business Process Analyst Job

This is an exciting opportunity for a Business Process Analyst to join our team and contribute to several key project initiatives. As a member of our Centre of Excellence across Data Science, you will be responsible for defining processes, designing structures, and embedding responsible AI practices into tools, workflows, and decision-making.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement process improvements that drive efficiency and effectiveness
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to understand requirements and develop solutions
  • Ensure governance, monitoring, and a structured way of working are in place
  • Contribute to the thinking, design, and implementation of an end-to-end support framework for data science models

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated expertise in business process analysis and improvement
  • Experience in data science and/or MLOps
  • Ability to work independently and influence senior leadership
