Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Engineering Manager to deliver engineering scope within project constraints.", "
  • Prioritize, allocate, and execute tasks within the System Safety team.", "
  • Develop and govern execution against engineering plans.", "
  • Develop and progress Change Management artefacts.", "
  • Monitor and Control design changes through system engineering reviews and business gate process.", "
  • Track performance metrics and identify continuous improvement opportunities.", "
  • Act as customer and stakeholder interface to ensure engineering and technical requirements are understood and communicate status on project deliverables.", "
  • Manage resources and coordinate with Project Managers for minor projects.", "

  • Minimum 8 years' experience in complex technical development and integration projects or experience with Airworthiness.", "
  • Minimum 2 years experience managing multidisciplinary teams.", "
  • Advanced communication and interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to engage, influence, and negotiate with stakeholders and customers.", "
  • Experience developing and executing against key Project Engineering and Systems Engineering Management Plans.", "
