Our Banking & Finance team is renowned for its extensive knowledge and expertise in securitisation and structured finance transactions. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Associate to join our highly regarded team.

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with prominent domestic and international banks, global investment banks, major corporations, project sponsors, mezzanine financiers, and private equity firms. You will also collaborate effectively with colleagues to develop strong internal relationships and facilitate teamwork.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional analytical, communication, and research skills, as well as a high level of proficiency in drafting various legal documents. A commitment to delivering excellent client service and building strong client relationships is crucial.
