Senior Diversity and Inclusion Professional

We are seeking a highly experienced diversity and inclusion specialist to lead the development and implementation of our organisational strategy.

About the Role:

  • Develop and oversee the delivery of a comprehensive diversity and inclusion program, driving gender equality and inclusivity across the organisation.
  • Collaborate with leaders and stakeholders to foster genuine partnerships and drive organisational outcomes.
  • Design and deliver initiatives to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion, aligned with our strategic priorities.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in organisational development and project leadership, with expertise in influencing and driving change.
  • Extensive knowledge of contemporary strategies and best practices in diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Passion for creating a positive culture and commitment to continuous improvement.
