Cybersecurity Operations Lead

Our organization requires a skilled Cybersecurity Operations Lead to oversee the monitoring and protection of our systems and data. As part of this team, you will act as the technical lead for complex security incidents, investigating and responding to threats in a timely and effective manner.

About the Role:

  • Lead investigations into security incidents, working directly with customers to ensure thorough analysis and resolution.
  • Develop and implement procedures to improve detection logic and incident response processes.
  • Mentor junior analysts, providing guidance on best practices and emerging threats.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align operational goals and service delivery standards.
  • Analyze and interpret diverse log sources, identifying potential threats and anomalies.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity operations, with a strong foundation in threat intelligence and malware analysis.
  • Familiarity with common security tools and technologies, including XDR/EDR/NGAV and SIEM.
  • Expertise in log collection, tuning, correlation, and analysis, with a deep understanding of authentication protocols.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication skills in English.
  • Ability to mentor and train less experienced analysts, providing feedback and sharing best practices.
  • Fluency in Japanese is required.
