Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the SOC, including triage, escalations, and shift coordination.
  • Develop and implement effective security incident response plans to minimize business disruption.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Maintain accurate records of security incidents, including root cause analysis and lessons learned.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies to improve overall security posture.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Assurance, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in cybersecurity operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles, technologies, and practices.
