
Permit Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive individual to join our team as a Permit Specialist.
As a key member of our Drafting and Permits department, you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of projects by proactively managing pre-site requirements and approvals.
Your primary responsibility will be to provide regular communications with stakeholders regarding drafting, permits, estimating, accounts, procurement, council, certifiers, sales, and customer service teams.
You will also be responsible for coordinating documentation to obtain DA, CDC, and CC approvals, as well as providing timely reporting to management regarding status and progress of tasks.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as experience with Clickhome software and a strong understanding of the pre-construction process.
In addition, you will require excellent report presentation, literacy, and business writing skills, as well as the ability to work effectively as part of a team and prioritize multiple tasks.
