Job Opportunity in Haematology

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Post Graduate Fellow in Haematology to enhance our team's capabilities at Concord Repatriation General Hospital.

The primary purpose of this role is to provide additional training to develop subspecialty interests in Haematology (CAR-T), and to further develop core clinical skills required in this area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality clinical care, diagnostic and consultative specialty services in Haematology at the level of a Post Graduate Fellow.
  • Participate in teaching, research, quality improvement and administrative activities within the Haematology Department and Concord Repatriation General Hospital as required.
  • Oversee multidisciplinary management of patients in clinical trials and receiving novel T cell engaging therapies.
  • Enhance patient care through improved patient education and enhanced screening for patients to access novel therapies on clinical trials.

The successful applicant will be registered, or eligible for registration, with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), and Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (FRACP) with recognised qualifications in Haematology and/or other equivalent specialist recognition as provided for in the NSW Staff Specialists (State) Award.
