AI Innovation Leader

This role focuses on driving forward-thinking solutions that benefit customers and employees. As an AI Innovation Manager at a leading organization, you will play a key part in shaping the company's AI strategy.

Your primary focus will be on human-centered design and continuous improvement to ensure your organization remains at the forefront of AI developments.

  • Advocate for accessible AI tools and champion their usage across teams
  • Support the CTO and AI function in executing the organization's AI roadmap, focusing on customer problem-solving through human-centered design principles
  • Work with leaders to bring external insights into your organization, driving fresh perspectives and exploring new AI opportunities
  • Manage the pipeline of AI innovation ideas, identifying concepts for testing and collaborating with the Innovation team on experiments
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary degree in a business-related field and a strong foundation in innovation, design thinking, and human-centered design
  • Proven expertise in innovation and design facilitation, with a background in agile principles and coaching teams in dynamic environments
  • Ability to mentor, build relationships, and drive change with high adaptability and analytical skills
