Aged Care Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Care Worker. As a Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, enhancing their lives and promoting their well-being.
Key Responsibilities- Provide individualised care and support to residents, in accordance with their care plans and needs.
- Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Administer medications and provide wound care as required.
- Contribute to a safe and supportive environment, adhering to Work, Health and Safety requirements and performance standards.

- Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support/Ageing.

- Current First Aid Certificate.
