We are seeking an experienced and reliable Administration Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, data entry, and receptionist duties.
The ideal candidate will have at least 12 months of experience in data entry, possess a good work ethic and be able to answer phone calls and redirect them to the right person.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support, including data entry and receptionist duties
- Answer phone calls and redirect them to the right person
- Scanning and uploading documents into the system
- Basic admin work and other tasks as required
Requirements:
- At least 12 months of experience in data entry
- Good work ethic and reliability
- Ability to answer phone calls and redirect them to the right person
- Microsoft Office: 1 year (required)
- Administration: 1 year (required)
- Australia Work Authorisation: required
