Pharmacy Assistant/Lice Clinic Technician Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our pharmacy team as a Pharmacy Assistant/Lice Clinic Technician.

  • This role involves providing exceptional customer experiences, delivering lice clinics with full training and support, and assisting with overall pharmacy retail operations.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be proactive and reliable, and have a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.

About the Role:

  • Key Responsibilities: Clear, effective and friendly communication with customers, team members and suppliers. Delivery of lice clinics with full training and support. Assist with overall pharmacy retail operations including merchandising, invoices, stock checks, sale register, store promotions, displays and catalogues.
  • Assist with dispensary operations: Medication packs, scripts in and out, stock control.
