The Role
  • Investigate and manage complex customer and merchant disputes, utilizing effective communication skills to negotiate resolutions that meet the needs of both parties.
  • Provide support to the Customer Service team for escalated complaints, leveraging expertise to develop comprehensive solutions.
  • Contribute to Internal Dispute Resolution (IDR) responses, crafting detailed and well-reasoned arguments to resolve complaints.
  • Prepare External Dispute Resolution (EDR) responses, engaging with dispute resolution bodies and consumer advocacy groups to resolve complex issues.
  • Develop insightful reporting for stakeholders on complaint volumes, categories, and trends, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement, recommending process enhancements to optimize dispute resolution outcomes.
  • Manage multiple dispute cases simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and deadlines to ensure timely and efficient resolution.
  • Focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences, ensuring that all interactions are respectful, empathetic, and outcome-driven.
