Job Role: We are seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to play a crucial role in the safe, coordinated and successful delivery of projects.

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Building, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or similar are required.
  • A strong understanding of construction costs and negotiation skills are also essential.

About the Role

  1. Responsibilities: Responsibilities include compiling accurate scopes of work for subcontracts, reviewing and approving subcontractor plans, and administering project management, change, and control processes.
  2. Required Skills: A solid experience working on large commercial / residential new builds is essential. Understanding of commercial and legal issues pertaining to head contracts is necessary.
  3. Desirable Qualifications: A working knowledge of major building trades is desirable.
