Job Title: Senior Contract Administrator

This is a senior-level position suited to a highly motivated and organised professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is confident managing complex commercial arrangements.

Job Description

The successful candidate will play a key role in providing expert contract administration support and strategic guidance to project teams, ensuring full compliance with contract terms and driving optimal project performance.

This involves managing complex contracts and high-value projects, as well as developing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualifications in contracts, commercial/business law, or a related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior commercial or contract management role
  • Proven ability to manage complex contracts and high-value projects
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational, planning, and prioritisation skills
  • Advanced analytical, numerical, and problem-solving capabilities
  • High level of commercial insight and strategic thinking
  • Experience with cost-plus and risk-reward contract arrangements involving major contractors
  • Sound knowledge of Australian standards and legislation related to quality, WHS, risk management, environmental protection, construction, and security of payments
