Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned analytical expert to drive business growth and optimize customer experiences through data-driven decision making.

This role will involve partnering with product managers to embed within product domains, leverage cross-functional collaboration, and empower teams with actionable insights.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong data-driven mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence decisions through data-driven storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Empower Product Teams: Provide strategic insights, design dashboards and reports that reveal key product metrics, user engagement, and feature performance.
  • Support Data-Driven Decision Making: Translate business questions into data problems and deliver recommendations with compelling narratives.
  • Drive Product Growth: Perform in-depth analyses to explain outcomes and inform product strategy and feature prioritization.
  • Champion Continuous Improvement: Contribute to a culture of learning, drive automation and scalable solutions, and identify data quality improvements.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with product, marketing, data engineering, and other teams to align growth initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Present findings to varied audiences, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Ensure Accountability: Ensure analytics quality and support planning with data inputs, forecasts, and key performance indicators.

Requirements and Skills
  • 4+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably within a product-led organization or supporting product teams.
  • Strong SQL proficiency for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
  • Experience with data modeling and transformation tools like dbt.
  • Familiarity with workflow orchestration tools such as Airflow.
  • Proficiency in building dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., Superset) to visualize data and communicate insights.
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of product metrics, user behavior, and sales funnels.
  • Proactive, curious mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to influence decisions through data.
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced, evolving environment; willingness to tackle challenges across product areas.
  • Basic understanding of Python for data analysis is a plus.
