**Job Overview**:

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Insights Lead to join our team. This role will be responsible for generating actionable insights and identifying business opportunities across the organization.

**Key Responsibilities:**

Generate data-driven insights and develop business cases to drive growth and improvement
Collaborate with senior leadership and data teams to plan, prioritize, and deliver value to the business
Oversee data analysts and provide code reviews to support and coach team members
Closely work with data engineers to productionize data assets and build econometric and statistical models for various business problems
Develop and implement data quality and governance processes within the organization
Research and recommend analytical methods and approaches for wider adoption across the business

**Requirements:**

Degree qualified in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
Hands-on experience in data analytics with a focus on SaaS product analysis and development (A/B testing, causal impact analysis)
Prior experience as a Digital/Product Analyst would be advantageous
Proficient in querying databases using advanced SQL queries and advanced analytics using Python/R
Experience with Business Intelligence solutions and AWS technologies such as Redshift, Athena, S3, and Sagemaker
