We are seeking an experienced Occupational Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with employers, employees, insurance companies, and other health professionals to provide occupational rehabilitation services.
The successful candidate will have strong assessment skills, excellent communication skills, and a passion for workplace injury rehabilitation.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive assessments (functional, workplace, ergonomic etc) to identify areas for improvement.
- Liaise between employers, employees, insurance companies, and other health professionals to develop effective return-to-work plans.
- Refer clients to other health professionals as needed, ensuring seamless care coordination.
- Manage cases from goal setting to follow-up on progress, driving successful outcomes.
This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career in occupational rehabilitation. As a qualified OT, Physio or EP with full AHPRA or ESSA registration and working rights, you will be well-equipped to make a real difference in the lives of our clients.
Full training can be provided for new clinicians, and salaries range from $75,000 to $90,000 based on experience.
