Your duties include case management, working with employers and employees to develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs, collaborating with injured workers, employers, medical, and allied health professionals. You will also provide evidence-based psychological interventions, completing assessments using clinical skills including initial assessments, treatment plans, psychosocial barriers to employment, and vocational assessments for injured workers.

Qualifications:

You will have tertiary qualifications in an Allied Health Discipline or Health Sciences, with a postgraduate qualification in Rehabilitation Counselling. You must also be registered with Australian Society of Rehabilitation Counsellors (ASORC) or Full Membership with the Rehabilitation Counselling Association of Australia (RCAA). Excellent time management skills, passion for injury prevention, return to work, and associated health benefits are essential. A current driver licence and access to your own vehicle are also required.
