The Role

  • IDentify and map out areas of improvement in the business processes.
  • Collaborate with employees to define job descriptions and parameters for each role.
  • Work closely with managers to understand various aspects of the business.
  • Suggest and implement process enhancements to boost efficiency.
  • Evaluate existing systems to ensure new processes are functional.
  • Design and map workflow processes to optimize operations.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in end-to-end process improvement with autonomous management.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, adapting to diverse personalities.
  • Able to meet deadlines and adapt to changing circumstances.

Compensation Package: We offer a competitive salary range of AU$85,000 - AU$110,000 per annum, reflecting the market standards for similar roles in Sydney. This figure may be adjusted based on qualifications and experience.
