The Inclusion and Wellbeing Coordinator advises and supports leaders across various departments on diversity, equity, inclusion, and wellbeing initiatives, working collaboratively to achieve organisational goals.

  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive Workplace Inclusion and Wellbeing Framework, coordinating initiatives and supporting leaders to enhance staff total wellbeing and inclusion.
  • Providing guidance and support to the Principal Organisational Development by advising and supporting leaders in various areas, collaborating on diversity, equity, inclusion, and wellbeing initiatives.
  • Assisting in delivering services related to culture transformation, workforce planning, leadership development, succession planning, and employee engagement or others as required.
